Specialist CCT is the leading vocational training center in CIS since early 2000s.

In early 201s it was the pioneer in online learning. We in OESI are proud to collaborate with Specialist CCT in improving our OESI(r) Virtula Learning CMM model.

Together with experts from the Specialist CCT we delivered a method of assessment of hybrid learning processes - lab preparation, students’ assessment, teacher-studen synchronous/asynchronous collaboration.
